The Death Penealty is sick and wrong.
The Death Penealy should be banned because what is the moral in it? Murder is against the law so why have the death peanalty by leathal injection around? Were besically saying lets kill someone to show you that its wrong to kill someone? That make no sense, kill someone for killing someone? It stupid, unmoral and uncalled for. Life sentence is good enough, but not the death penalty. By having the death penealty its almost saying its fine to kill someone for killing. You can think "Oh since we have the death penaltly I can just kill this man for killing my loved one."

Im just commenting on the con comment. I get what your saying, but murderes get life, and if their lucky enough to get out theres no way their young enough to do anything anyways. Im just saing that why tell people that killing is wrong by killing smoeone in return? That makes you a hypocrite. Your basically saying "Don't kill its wrong" then turn around "Oop you killed someone, we kill you now"???

Murders are absolutely wrong ... they destroy lives & families but a death penalty increases the no. of lives & families destroyed....
Something like this could be the punishment instead of death penalty...
The accused has to give 60% of his annual income to the victim's family throughout his life...this can be a useful to the victim's family and also makes the murderer feel guilty of his deeds.Death penalty is thus useless as it does not benefit the victim's family in any way whatsoever...So I totally agree that Death penalty is sick & wrong..

Hammurabi's code. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, blood for blood. I don't like lethal injection because it doesn't give a criminal the taste of what they did to a fellow human(s). The logic behind this is that criminals have it way to easy. Prison is just like a second home just with a little less freedom. Everything is done for them. Then they get out and go back to the same ordeal. Torture them, make them feel the pain of their victim and we will see if they do it again. That is my logic behind it. It would cut down on a lot of crime.

They deserve death because they took the life of an innocent human being. A good example of capital punishment being used for good was the Nuremburg Trials and the judges who handed death sentences to Nazi war criminals. You can not tell me those judges are murderers.

I disagree. In some major crime cases, the death penalty might be a good choice even though that person might be one of your family members, its the right thing to do because of your safety.

Only those who are set to be executed or are passionately associated with those who are set to be executed should worry about this topic. As long as you do not plan to commit a crime that justifies or are associated with someone who is, this is not an issue that you need to worry about.
