We need to stop the Socialist Obama Health Care Plan! This is just another form of socialized medicine that will not help it's citizens with the proper medical care they seek. The Obama Health Care Plan should be pealed, and a more realistic approach should be taken to meet the medical needs of ALL Americans, without costing and arm leg of the 50% of Americans who pay taxes.

There is nothing we need more than universal healthcare in the USA. Obama's plan is not the total answer but is certainly a first step in the right direction.

The US is the ONLY major industrialized nation on the planet that does not have a universal healthcare system. Why do they deserve and have it and we don't?
Because the US Government is OWNED by the wealthy and the corporations they control. And those peeps are tired of paying taxes, period.

Every major industrialized nation on the planet HAS Universal Healthcare except the US. Why can't we?
The reason is obvious of course, the wealthy and the corporations they control have hijacked our Government and they simply are tired of paying taxes.
Universal healthcare works if the people of a nation are willing to allow the government to collect taxes from everyone to pay for healthcare for everyone (think Medicare for all).

Anyone with a lick of sense should welcome the Presidents health care law....not as a finished product but as a first step towards affordable, quality care. The only reason health care costs what it does is because of the search for bigger and better profits for insurance companies and health care institutions. How can someone sit there and justify that if you're in a hospital and are given 2 aspirin that you're billed 42.50 for those two pills...don't bother... you can't ! But it, and many things like it, happens every day. Regardless of what you think of Obama he at least had the courage to get this started...we just need to see it through to where it's how it needs to be.
